BREACH OF PEACE

Brandon Police responded to 5 complaints of individuals who were intoxicated and causing problems which led to each of them being held in custody at BPS and subsequently released once they were sober.

 

BREACH OF PROBATION

 

At 459 pm on December 11th police attended to a complaint of a 35 year old woman from Brandon who was on Probation with a condition not to make contact with another individual. As a result of this communication, the accused was arrested and charged with breaching her Probation Order. The accused was subsequently released on an Appearance Notice to appear in Brandon Court on February 14th, 2022.

 

WARRANT FOR FAIL TO ATTEND COURT

 

At 517pm on December 11th, 2021 police attended to a complaint of a 35 year old Brandon man who was trespassing on private property. A computer check of the man showed that he had an unendorsed warrant for breaching the conditions of his court order. The man will appear in remand in the morning.

 

WARRANT FOR FAIL TO ATTEND COURT

 

At 1220 am on December 12th 2021 police conducted a pedestrian check on a 41 year old woman in the 100 blk of 8th Street. A computer check of the woman showed that she had an unendorsed warrant for Fail to Attend Court. The woman was held in custody overnight and will appear in Remand in the morning.
