Break and Enter to Garage
On April 11, 2021, police responded to a report of a break and enter to a residential garage in the 500 block of 21st street. Suspects entered by forcing open a door between 11:30 pm on April 10 and 11:30 am on April 11. Stolen was a dark blue Trek Fuel 90 bike, and a Stanley tool kit. Breach of Peace
On April 11, 2021 at 6:00 pm, police responded to a report of two sisters fighting in a residence. One sister, a 26-year-old female who was involved was intoxicated, and the other individuals present were unable to keep her behavior from escalating. She was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.
Assault
On April 11, 2021, police responded to a report of an assault, which occurred at a residence. During the assault, the suspect also caused damage to a door and walls at the victim’s residence. The victim did not require medical attention. The suspect was located and arrested at approximately 2:00 am on April 12, 2021. He was released to appear in court on June 28, 2021 on charges of Assault and Mischief Under $5000.
