Utter Forged Document

On August 10, 2022, police responded to a report of a suspect attempting to use a forged prescription at a local pharmacy.  The 31-year-old female was arrested and later released to appear in court on November 14, 2022 on a charge of Use Forged Document.

 

Assault

On August 9, 2022, police received a report of an assault that occurred in the area of the 1800 block of McTavish Ave on August 8 in the evening.  Investigation revealed that two female youth, a 17-year-old and a 16-year-old, assaulted a third female youth and broke her cell phone.  The victim received injuries that did not require medical attention.

Police located and arrested the two suspects on August 10, 2022.  They were both released to a parent and will appear in court on October 4, 2022 on charges of Assault and Mischief to Property Under $5000.

 

Uttering Threats

On August 10, 2022, police received a report at approximately 10:00 pm, that while walking their dog in the area of the 1400 block of Louise Ave, a victim was the subject of an unprovoked threat.  The suspect threatened to kill the victim and their dog, and to bear mace them.  Police located and arrested the 24-year-old male.  He was later released and will appear in court on October 13, 2022.

 

Sexual Assault

On August 8, 2022, police received a report of unwanted sexual contact by an 18-year-old male on a 15-year-old female, which occurred in July 2022.  Following an investigation, the male suspect was located and arrested on August 10, 2022.  He was later released to appear in court on October 6, 2022 on a charge of Sexual Assault.

 

Fail to Comply with Undertaking

On August 11, 2022 shortly before 1:00 am, police responded to a situation at a residence.  Investigation revealed that a 20-year-old male attended to the residence of an individual with whom he was to have no communication, while having consumed alcohol contrary to his release conditions.  He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today on charges of Fail to Comply with Undertaking X2.

 

Breach of the Peace

On August 10, 2022 at approximately 7:00 pm, police responded to a report of a fight in a residence.  The individual causing the issues was an intoxicated 35-year-old female.  She was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober to prevent her behavior from continuing.

 

Fail to Comply with Probation

On August 10, 2022, at approximately 10:30 pm police located an intoxicated 16-year-old female from Winnipeg in the area of the 800 block of Pacific Ave.  She was found to be breaching Probation conditions and was arrested.  She was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober and will be released to caregivers at that time.  She will appear in court on October 4, 2022.

 

Arrest Warrants

On August 10, 2022, a 47-year-old male attended Brandon Police Service, as he was aware he was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Attend Court.  He will appear in court on September 8, 2022.

On August 10, 2022, a 30-year-old female attended Brandon Police Service, as she was aware she was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Attend Court.  She will appear in court on September 15, 2022.

On August 10, 2022 shortly after 4:00 pm, police responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence.  One of the individuals involved was found to have outstanding charges.  The 32-year-old male was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today on a charge of Theft Under $5000.

On August 10, 2022, police located and arrested a 33-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Attend Court.  She was later released and will appear in court on September 19, 2022.
