Breach of Peace

On April 5, 2021, at approximately 11:00 am, police responded to a report of a male in the 100 block of McTavish Ave E., whose threatening and aggressive behavior was escalating towards others.  To prevent the 43-year-old male from causing any harm, he was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service.

 

Fail to Comply with Undertaking

On April 5, 2021, at approximately 5:00 pm, police located a 22-year-old male pedestrian who was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant.  The male was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today.

On April 5, 2021, shortly after 5:00 pm, police responded to a report of a disturbance in a residence.  Witnesses reported hearing screaming and fighting in the yard.  At the residence, police located a 42-year-old male who was on court ordered conditions not to be at the address, and to abide by a 24-hour curfew at his own home.  He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today.

 

Breach of Peace

On April 5, 2021, police responded to a report of a disturbance in a residence at approximately 6:30 pm.  A 13-year-old female youth was damaging property within the home, as she was under the influence of illicit drugs.  Her caregivers were unable to prevent her from acting out further.  She was arrested to prevent further damage and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.
