Fail to Comply with Release Order

On June 3, 2021, shortly after 8:00 am, police conducted a traffic stop in the 1700 block of Pacific Ave.  Investigation revealed that the driver was to have no communication with the passenger.  The 41-year-old male was arrested and appeared in court later that day on a charge of Fail to Comply with Release Order.

 

IPDA

On June 3, 2021, police responded to a report of an intoxicated male in the 700 block of Rosser Ave. The 67-year-old male was in no condition to care for himself, and there was nobody to look after him.  He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

On June 4, 2021 at approximately 3:30 am, police responded to a report of an intoxicated female passed out inside a garage in the 2300 block of Rosser Ave.  Police learned that earlier in the night the female had gotten into an argument with a sibling, which caused her to leave her residence.  The 19-year-old female was in no condition to care for herself, and her family was unable to keep her from wondering.  She was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

 

Arrest Warrants

On June 3, 2021, shortly after 11:00 pm, police conducted a traffic stop in the 2400 block of Van Horn Ave.  The driver was the subject of an outstanding charge of Utter Threats.  The 19-year-old male was arrested and later released to appear I court on July 29, 2021.

On June 4, 2021, at approximately 4:30 am, police conducted a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Park Ave.  A 33-year-old male in the vehicle was the subject of outstanding charges.  He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court today on charges of Assault with a Weapon, and Fail to Comply with Probation Order.

 

Breach of Peace

On June 4, 2021, shortly after 1:00 am, police responded to a report of a disturbance in a residence.  One of the residents, a 21-year-old female, was highly intoxicated, and her friend was unable to keep her safe or prevent her behavior from escalating.  She was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

 

Fail to Comply with Undertaking

On June 4, 2021, at approximately 4:00 am, police came across a 29-year-old male pedestrian in the 100 block of 10th street.  The male was to abide by a curfew.  Following his arrest, police located a small amount of Meth in his possession.  He was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today on charges of Fail to Comply with Undertaking and Possession of Meth.
