Arrest Warrant

On March 2, 2022, police located and arrested a 38-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Comply with Release Order.  He was later released and will appear in court on April 28, 2022.

On March 2, 2022, while dealing with a separate matter, police located a 35-year-old female hiding in a closet under some clothes.  Police knew she was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to comply with Release Order.  She was also found to be in breach of release conditions.  She was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court today on charges of Fail to Comply with Release Order X3.

 

Fail to Comply with Release Order X2

On March 2, 2022 shortly after 9:00 pm, police conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Queens Ave. A passenger was found to be on conditions not to be in the city of Brandon, and he was to abide by a 6pm curfew.  The 27-year-old male was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today on charges of Fail to comply with Release Order X2.
