Warrant Executed

On December 2nd, 2022, a 22-year-old Brandon man turned himself in to the Swan River RCMP on the strength of a Brandon Police Service warrant. The man was released on an Appearance Notice and will appear in Court on February 13th, 2023.

 

Intoxicated Person

On December 2nd, 2022 at approximately 8:05am, Police located a 31-year-old Brandon man passed out in a business located in the 500 block of 1st Street. The man was intoxicated and as a result was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

 

Break and Enter

On December 2nd, 2022 a homeowner in the 2800 block of Princess Avenue reported a break-in to a garage, resulting in stolen tools. The break-in occurred within the last 6 weeks; there are no suspects at this time.

 

Warrant Executed

On December 2nd, 2022 at approximately 2:34 pm, Police located a 44-year-old Brandon man in the 200 block of 8th Street. Police confirmed that the man had a warrant for his arrest. The man will appear in Brandon Court on January 23rd, 2022.

 

Recovered Stolen Vehicle

On December 2nd, 2022 at approximately 1051 am, Manitoba First Nations Police advised Brandon Police Service of the recovery of a 2017 Ford F-150 that had been stolen out of Brandon on November 2nd, 2022.

 

Breach of Peace

On December 2nd, 2022 at approximately 3:24 pm, Police responded to a report of an unwanted male loitering in a building located in the 1200 block of 18th Street. This was the fourth business that had called today regarding this same male being disruptive and refusing to leave. As a result, the 30-year-old Brandon man was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service to prevent any further breach of the peace.

 

Breach of Peace

On December 2nd, 2022 at approximately 4:05 pm, Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a yard located in the 900 block of 8th Street. Police located a 30-year-old Brandon woman who was intoxicated. She was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service and was released from custody when she was sober. 

 

Breach of Peace

On December 2nd 2022 at approximately 9:19pm, Police responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the 100 block of 17th Street. A 21-year-old woman from Pipestone, MB was found to intoxicated. As a result the woman was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service and was released when she was sober.

 

Breach of Peace

Police received several calls from businesses and apartment buildings reporting a man loitering in their lobbies. A 33-year-old Brandon man was located, and to prevent any further beach of the peace, the man was lodged at Brandon Police Service.
