REQUEST

To amend Section 37-b(5) of the Zoning By-law 6642 to allow greater rear yard flexibility when placing new mobile homes in mobile home parks on common property.  This amendment would decrease the minimum required rear yard from 4.5m (14.76') to the space line to 4.5m (14.76') separation between mobile homes.
