REQUEST

To subdivide 722 to 750 Franklin Street to create four (4) new lots (increase from 9 to 13 lots) and to vary Table 10 under Section 51 of the Zoning By-law by decreasing the site width from 7.6m to 6.1m and by decreasing the site area from 232.0 m2 to 224.0 m2 in the Residential Moderate Density (RMD) Zone to allow for construction of 12 semi-detached dwellings.
