REQUEST

To vary Table 10 of the Zoning By-law by increasing the maximum number of dwelling units from two (2) dwelling units to four (4) dwelling units and to decrease the minimum required number of parking spaces from six (6) parking spaces to five (5) parking spaces in the RLD Residential Low Density Zone.

Purpose: To allow for the development of a four-plex.
