REQUEST

To vary Table 13.2 of the Zoning By-law by increasing the maximum number of Dwelling Units from six (6) dwelling units to twelve (12) dwelling units, and by reducing the minimum required side yard setback from 3m to 0.2m, and to vary Table 4 by reducing the minimum required parking stalls from 18 parking stalls to 12 parking stalls in the HTR Transitional Zone.

PURPOSE: To allow for the development of a 12-plex.
