To vary Table 11: Bulk and Siting Requirments under Section 35 of the Zoning By-law by increasing the maximum allowed number of dwelling units on the site from two (2) dwelling units to three (3) dwelling units in the RLD Residential Low Density Multiple Family Zone.

PURPOSE: to allow for the establishment of a triplex.
