To subdivide two (2) lots, to allow for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) and to rezone part of the property from Agricultural (A) Zone and Parks and Recreation (PR) Zone to Commercial General (CG) Zone. 

PURPOSE: To allow for the construction of two (2) apartment buildings, a multi-unit commercial building, and a renovated clubhouse that will include a restaurant, lounge and expanded ice rink.
