REQUEST

Request: To allow for the development of a detached suite, and to vary Section 35(f)(8) of the Zoning By-law by reducing the minimum site area containing a detached suite from 367.0 m2 to 278.5 m2 in the Residential Low Density (RLD) Zone

Purpose: To allow for the construction of detached suites on three neighbouring lots.
