Ordering a Tax Certificate

  1. To submit an electronic request for a Tax Certificate, you must have a pre-assigned user number (account number).
  2. To obtain an account/user number please contact the City of Brandon This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . When requesting a number by e-mail, please provide your full company name, mailing address, e-mail address and phone number.

  5. Cancellation Request: You may cancel any order that is “in process” by submitting an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Please provide the property address to be cancelled.

Please note that written requests must be accompanied by a payment of $45.00.
