  1. To submit an electronic request for a Tax Certificate, you must have a pre-assigned user number (account number).

  5. Cancellation Request: You may cancel any order that is “in process” by submitting an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please provide the property address to be cancelled.
